Who this is for

When you sell expertise, your website is the first meeting

A consultant, an accountant, a design studio or a tattoo artist sells something the client cannot hold before buying. The website has to answer the questions a prospect rarely asks out loud: have they done work like mine, how do they work, what will it involve and how do I start? Too many sites answer none of them and lean on a vague tagline and a contact form. Many common website design mistakes come back to this.

Creative businesses often have the opposite problem: plenty of strong work but no structure around it. Portfolios load slowly, services are unclear, and the path from liking a piece to booking is missing. Our creative agency website design puts the work first, gives each project context, and builds a clear route to an enquiry, a booking or a purchase around it.

Community organizations such as mosques, charities and clubs need something different again: a site volunteers can update, with events, schedules and online donations that keep working without a developer on call. We build all three types of site on WordPress, so your own staff or volunteers can publish updates after launch.

How we work with professional and creative clients

Common challenges

What holds professional and creative websites back

Different businesses, same underlying problem: the site does not make your value easy to understand or act on.

A message that says nothing

Phrases like solutions for your business tell a visitor nothing. If a prospect cannot see within seconds what you do, who it is for and what happens next, they go back to the search results.

Work that is hard to see

Portfolios hidden in sliders, huge unoptimized images and no story behind each project make strong work look ordinary. Clients want to see the result, the brief behind it and whether you have solved a problem like theirs.

No easy way to start

A bare contact form with no hint of response time or next steps feels like a gamble. A clear booking option, a short enquiry form or honest pricing information lowers the effort of reaching out.

Absent from local searches

Many firms and studios win clients close to home, yet their Google Business Profile is incomplete or missing, while competitors with complete profiles and steady reviews tend to take the map results.

How we help

What we build for firms, studios and organizations

Four services that work together to make your expertise visible, credible and easy to act on.

WordPress sites you can run

We build WordPress sites with reusable templates for services, case studies, team profiles and events, so you can publish new work, update pricing or add a program without calling a developer.

Local SEO and Business Profiles

We set up or complete your Google Business Profile with the right categories, services, hours and photos, keep your details consistent across directories and create a simple routine for asking clients for reviews.

Brand identity and UI design

We design your visual identity and page layouts in Figma, from logo and color palette to portfolio grids and service pages, so the site looks as considered as the work you deliver.

Social media that feeds the site

We plan and produce posts that show your projects, process and expertise on the platforms your clients use, and link them back to pages where interested people can book, buy or enquire.

Our work

Firms, studios and organizations we have built for

For UK creative studio Vimso, which produces websites, podcasts, design and video, we designed and developed the WordPress site with services, portfolio and pricing pages and a clear path to book a free call, and set up its Google Business Profile listing. Wenderland Tattoo, the Melbourne studio of fine line artist Maya Lai, got a visually rich site with style pages, a post-tattoo care guide and an online shop. For UK mosque Masjid-e-Bilaal, we built a WordPress site with GiveWP donations, a zakat calculator and a prayer timetable imported from Excel.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.

At a minimum: a clear home page, one page per core service, an about page with real people and credentials, case studies or examples, a contact or booking page and the legal pages. A short FAQ and an outline of how engagements work help qualify enquiries before the first call. Our small business website checklist goes through each page and feature.

Yes. Some consulting, legal and agency clients cannot be named, so we write anonymized case studies that describe the sector, the problem, the approach and the result without identifying details. Where a client agrees to be named, we add their name, logo or quote with written permission. The aim is proof that is specific enough to be credible and discreet enough to be safe.

It does not have to. We export images at the sizes each layout actually needs, serve modern formats, lazy-load images further down the page and keep sliders and animation to a minimum. The result is a portfolio that feels rich without making visitors wait, which matters because many people will see your work for the first time on a phone.

Yes. For Masjid-e-Bilaal we set up online donations with GiveWP, including card and wallet payments, and added a zakat calculator. For other organizations the right setup depends on your payment provider, the currencies you accept and the records you need for reporting. We recommend options during discovery and test the full donation journey before launch.

If you meet clients at your premises, a profile with your address helps you appear in local map results. If you travel to clients, Google lets service-area businesses hide the address and list the areas they serve instead. Fully remote firms with no in-person contact may not be eligible, so we check Google’s guidelines against how you actually work before creating a profile.
