Industrial and B2B
B2B website design that turns specifications into quote requests
TechZone Services provides B2B website design for manufacturers, industrial suppliers and distributors whose buyers arrive with drawings, specifications and deadlines. We build product and specification pages, request-for-quote forms with file upload, and the SEO that helps engineers and purchasing teams find them.

Who this is for
Industrial buyers read your website differently
An engineer or procurement manager is not looking for a slogan. They want to know whether your product meets a standard, fits a size or temperature range, is available in the quantity they need and comes with documentation they can pass to their project team. Good b2b website design puts that information where a technical reader expects it, then makes it easy to send a detailed request without a phone call first.
Buying is rarely one person’s decision in this sector. The engineer who finds you builds a shortlist, a manager signs off and purchasing negotiates, sometimes over weeks or months. Your website has to serve all three: technical depth for the specifier, project evidence and capability for the approver, and quick contact details for the buyer who is chasing a delivery date.
Many industrial websites share the same three gaps: product data locked in PDF catalogs that are hard to read on a phone and awkward to link to a single product, a generic contact form that cannot take a drawing, and no tracking to show which pages produce inquiries. Our WordPress development for manufacturers starts by closing those gaps, and our lead generation guide covers the channels that bring buyers to the site.
How we work with industrial companies
- We talk to your sales or estimating team first to learn what a useful quote request must contain.
- Product data is entered once in structured fields, then reused across product, category and specification pages.
- File uploads are restricted by type and size, and each request reaches the right inbox with its attachments.
- Your engineers review technical copy before it is published, so ratings, standards and claims stay accurate.
- Code, documentation and admin access are handed over, so your team can run the site or keep us on for support.
Common challenges
Where industrial websites lose inquiries
The gaps are rarely about looks. They are about missing information and friction at the moment a buyer is ready to ask.
Specifications buried in PDFs
When dimensions, ratings and materials exist only in a downloadable catalog, buyers on phones struggle to compare options, and individual products have no page of their own for search engines to match to the terms engineers type.
Forms that cannot take a drawing
A buyer holding a drawing set and a bill of materials will not retype it into a five-field form. Without file upload and structured fields, you get vague messages and slow back-and-forth before any real quote.
Several decision makers, one generic page
Specifiers, managers and purchasing teams need different proof. A homepage built around a slogan and a founding date gives none of them the certifications, project references or capacity details they need to move you forward.
No idea which pages bring work
Without form and call tracking, you cannot tell whether inquiries come from a product page, a project case study or a trade directory listing, so marketing decisions end up resting on guesswork and habit.
How we help
What we build for manufacturers and suppliers
Each part serves a buyer who knows what they need and wants to reach a quote without delay.
Industrial WordPress websites
Our industrial website design uses structured product, service and specification pages managed with Advanced Custom Fields, so your team can update ratings, sizes and data sheets without touching the layout.
Technical and product SEO
We map product and application keywords to individual pages, add structured data, fix crawl issues and write copy that uses the terms engineers and buyers actually search for, including standards and material names.
RFQ systems and integrations
We build request-for-quote forms with file upload and validation, route each request to the right estimator or sales contact, and connect submissions to your CRM or ERP through its API when you need it.
B2B marketing and LinkedIn
We plan LinkedIn company page content, project case studies and campaigns targeted by job title and industry, plus Google Ads for high-intent product searches, with every inquiry tracked back to its source.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.
Can our team add products and specifications without a developer?
Yes. We model products with custom fields for details such as size ranges, materials, temperature ratings, standards and downloadable data sheets, so adding a product means filling in a form rather than editing a page layout. Your team gets a walkthrough and documentation at handover. It is the same approach we used with Advanced Custom Fields for YNC Pipe Insulation’s product and specification pages.
How do RFQ forms with file upload handle large drawings?
We agree the accepted file types and size limits with you, for example PDFs, CAD files, images and spreadsheets, and show those limits on the form so buyers are not caught out. For very large drawing sets, the form can accept a link to a file-sharing folder instead. Each request arrives with its attachments and the structured fields your estimators need, and it can be copied into your CRM.
Is SEO worth it for a niche industrial product?
Often, yes, because niche searches are specific. Someone typing a product type, material and size is usually close to a purchase decision, and fewer companies tend to compete for those exact terms than for broad consumer keywords. The work is making sure every product and application has a page that answers those searches. We cannot promise rankings, but we report visibility, traffic and inquiries page by page.
Should a B2B manufacturer be active on LinkedIn?
In most cases, yes. It is where engineers, managers and procurement staff keep professional profiles, and paid campaigns can target by job title, industry and company size. Posts from founders and engineers, backed by project case studies, often reach further than a quiet company page. Our guides to LinkedIn marketing for B2B and writing a case study cover both.
We already have a website. Do we need to start over?
Not necessarily. If the platform is sound, we can add structured product pages, a proper RFQ form, tracking and SEO fixes to what you already have. If the site sits on an outdated or locked platform your team cannot edit, a rebuild on WordPress can cost less over time than patching it. After discovery, a written proposal sets out the options, milestones and cost so you can compare them.
