Logistics and transport
Digital marketing for logistics companies that run on calls and quotes
TechZone Services provides digital marketing for logistics companies, from cargo and freight operators to movers, chiller van and water tanker services. We build fast websites, local search visibility and Google Ads campaigns around the way your customers actually order: a call, a WhatsApp message or a quick quote request.

Who this is for
Your customers are in a hurry, so your website has to be quick
A building manager whose water tank has run dry, a family moving flats this weekend, a restaurant waiting on a chilled delivery: these buyers are not browsing. They search, glance at two or three results and call whoever looks reliable and picks up first. Good digital marketing for logistics companies puts your phone number, WhatsApp button and service area one tap away from that search, on every page and every screen size.
Freight and cargo buyers behave differently. Before asking for a rate, they often compare vehicle types, routes, capacity and how you handle their goods, and they expect a quote form that captures weights, dimensions, pickup and drop-off points in one go. We plan your site for both kinds of visitor, with a fast path for urgent orders and a structured path for detailed business quotes.
Many transport businesses also run several services under one brand. Each service needs its own page, its own call to action and, for search, its own keywords and service areas. That structure is the starting point for our logistics website design, and the local SEO that follows builds on it rather than working around it.
How we run logistics marketing projects
- We map each service, the areas you cover and the hours you can take calls before planning any pages or campaigns.
- Call, WhatsApp and quote options are tested on real phones before launch, including what your team receives after a form is sent.
- Calls and form submissions are tracked as conversions, so ad budgets follow real enquiries rather than clicks.
- Area pages are written only for places you actually serve, never copied with just the city name swapped.
- You own the domain, Business Profile, Google Ads and analytics accounts, and we work through access you grant and can revoke.
Common challenges
Why transport businesses lose jobs online
In an industry built on urgent orders, small delays between a search and a call turn into lost work.
Contact details buried on mobile
If a customer has to scroll past a slideshow and a long company history to find your number, many will simply call the next result. Call and WhatsApp buttons need to stay visible on every screen.
Invisible where you deliver
Transport firms often have one yard or office but serve a whole city or region. Without service areas on your Business Profile and useful area pages, you may only appear for searches close to your base.
Several services, one muddled site
Tanker supply, removals and refrigerated transport attract different customers. Squeezing them onto one page makes it hard for visitors to find their service and hard for Google to rank any of them well.
Paid clicks landing on the homepage
Sending Google Ads traffic to a general homepage wastes budget. Without a focused landing page, call tracking and a short quote form, you pay for visits that never turn into bookings or quote requests.
How we help
What we build for logistics and transport companies
Everything is aimed at a number you can check each month: qualified calls, messages and quote requests.
Fast transport company websites
We build a transport company website with a clear page for each service, sticky call and WhatsApp buttons, service area details and enquiry forms that load quickly and work on any phone.
Local SEO for service areas
We set up your Google Business Profile as a service-area business where that fits, choose up to 20 service areas, write genuinely useful area pages and keep your details consistent across directories.
Google Ads that drive calls
We build Search campaigns around service and location keywords, schedule call assets for the hours you can answer, send clicks to focused landing pages and track calls and forms as conversions.
Quote and booking tools
For operators with repeat or complex jobs, we build quote calculators, booking forms with date and slot selection, and simple dashboards that pass each new request to your dispatch team with every detail attached.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.
We don't have a customer-facing office. Can we still show up on Google Maps?
Yes. Google supports service-area businesses: if customers do not visit your address, you remove it from your profile and list the areas you serve instead, up to 20, within roughly two hours’ drive of your base. Google bases local results mainly on relevance, distance and how well known a business is, so we pair the profile with area pages and genuine reviews. Our guide to SEO for service-area businesses explains the rules.
Should we start with Google Ads or SEO?
If you need calls this month, start with a small, tightly targeted Search campaign that points at a focused landing page, because it can bring enquiries while organic visibility builds. Local SEO takes longer but keeps working without a cost per click. We usually recommend running both. Our landing page checklist shows what the ad destination needs before you spend anything.
Can you build an online quote calculator for our services?
Yes, when your pricing rules are clear enough to automate, for example rates by distance, vehicle type, load size or tank capacity. Depending on complexity, we build it as a WordPress feature or a small Python application, and each request reaches your team with the details filled in. Where prices vary too much to calculate, a structured quote form that asks the right questions is often the better choice.
Do you work with logistics companies outside Dubai?
Yes. Our logistics case studies happen to be in Dubai, and we work with clients across Pakistan, the UK, the UAE, the USA, Canada and Australia. Search and ad targeting are set up for the areas you serve, and calls are scheduled around your time zone. Our international clients page explains how we work with clients in other countries and time zones.
What should a logistics website include?
At a minimum: a page for each service, the areas you cover, contact options visible on every screen, a quote or booking form, and trust signals such as real fleet photos, licenses where they apply and customer reviews, all on fast mobile pages. For freight and B2B work, add capability details, the industries you serve and a way to attach shipping documents to a quote request.
