Healthcare and wellness
Digital marketing for healthcare that patients can trust
TechZone Services provides digital marketing for healthcare and wellness businesses: clinic websites, local SEO, Google Business Profiles and search ads for clinics, dental practices, med spas and fitness studios. Every piece is planned around patient privacy and the advertising rules that apply to health services.

Who this is for
Patients choose a clinic before they ever call
Someone looking for a dentist, a physiotherapist or a cryotherapy session typically compares a few options on Google Maps, reads the reviews, checks that the treatment is offered nearby and only then decides whether to book. If your profile shows the wrong hours, your website hides prices and booking, or the treatment has no page of its own, that patient books with the clinic down the road. Useful digital marketing for healthcare starts by fixing that journey.
Health is also a regulated category, and that changes the work. A reply to a review must never reveal anything about a patient’s care: in the US, the HHS Office for Civil Rights has settled HIPAA cases with dental practices that disclosed patient information while answering online reviews. Google restricts ads for some medicines and treatments, and it limits audience targeting based on personal health. We build these limits into the plan from day one instead of discovering them when an ad is disapproved.
We work with single clinics and with groups running several locations, where each center needs its own page, its own Business Profile and consistent details everywhere. Our local SEO for clinics and website design for clinics are planned together, so the pages Google shows match the treatments you most want to fill. The same thinking sits behind our local SEO playbook for dentists.
How we handle healthcare marketing responsibly
- No patient details in review replies, social posts or examples, and testimonials only with the patient's written consent.
- Treatment claims are checked against ad policies, and your clinical team approves medical wording before it is published.
- Each location gets its own page, profile details and tracking, so you can see which center brings in bookings.
- Forms collect only what is needed to book, and clinical details stay in your own booking or practice system.
- Business Profiles, Search Console, GA4 and ad accounts are registered to your practice, and our access can be removed whenever you choose.
Common challenges
What makes marketing a clinic different
Healthcare businesses face the usual marketing problems, plus a few that most other industries never have to consider.
Missing from the map results
Wrong categories, missing services, outdated hours or duplicate listings can keep a clinic out of the map results for searches like dentist near me, even when it is the closest option for the patient.
Reviews you cannot answer freely
A patient complains in public and you want to set the record straight, but even confirming they were treated can breach confidentiality. Replies need a careful, general template that moves the conversation offline.
Ads that stall at policy review
Google restricts ads for certain medicines and treatments, and ads about personal health topics cannot use remarketing or Customer Match audiences. Campaigns built without these rules in mind get limited or disapproved.
Booking that takes too many steps
When prices, memberships and booking sit three clicks deep, or the booking widget breaks on phones, interested patients call during your busiest hours, reach voicemail and try someone else instead.
How we help
How we help clinics and wellness centers
Four services, planned around the way patients search, compare and book.
Local SEO for every location
We set categories, services, hours, photos and booking links on each Google Business Profile, build a page for every location, keep citations consistent and set up a review request routine that follows Google’s policies.
Clinic and med spa websites
We design and build WordPress sites with a page for each treatment, clear pricing or membership information, practitioner profiles and a booking path that works with one thumb on a phone.
Search ads that pass review
We build Search campaigns around treatments and locations, write ad copy that avoids restricted claims, schedule call assets for your opening hours and track bookings and calls as conversions, not just clicks.
Calm, accessible design
We design readable layouts with accessible contrast and text sizes, short forms and obvious next steps, so older patients and nervous first-time visitors can find what they need and book without help.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.
Do you follow HIPAA and patient privacy rules?
HIPAA applies to US covered entities and their business associates, and compliance depends on your whole setup, not only your agency. We design our work to stay away from patient records: forms collect booking basics, clinical questions go through your practice system, and review replies never confirm someone was a patient. In the UK and EU, data protection law also treats health information as special category data. Your compliance advisor should confirm the final setup.
How should we reply to a negative review from a patient?
Briefly, politely and in general terms. Thank the reviewer, say you take feedback seriously and invite them to contact the practice directly, without confirming they are a patient or mentioning any treatment. We can write reply templates for common situations and set up a routine for checking new reviews. Our guide to answering negative reviews includes worked examples.
Can we ask patients to leave Google reviews?
Yes, as long as you ask every patient, not only the happy ones, and never offer a discount, gift or free session in return. Google’s policies prohibit incentives for reviews and selectively asking for positive ones, and staff should not pressure people to post while they are still at the clinic. A short follow-up message after the appointment with a direct review link is usually enough.
Can we advertise our treatments on Google Ads?
Most clinic services can run on Search, but Google restricts some categories, such as prescription medicines and experimental treatments, and requires certification for others, such as online pharmacies and addiction services in many countries. Ads tied to health conditions also cannot use remarketing or Customer Match lists. We check your treatments against the current policies before building campaigns, and we describe services factually rather than promising outcomes.
We have several locations. Does each need its own Business Profile?
Google allows one Business Profile per location, provided each one serves patients in person during its stated hours, and individual practitioners in public-facing roles can have their own profile too. Each location should link to its own page on your site. We did this kind of work for The Other 23, pairing location-based pages with optimized profiles. Our Business Profile checklist covers every field.
