These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of techzone.services (the “website”), operated by TechZone Services, a digital agency based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

• try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its servers or any connected systems;
• send spam, malicious code or automated requests that could harm or overload the website;
• submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person;
• copy, scrape or reuse the website’s content in a way that breaches section 4.

2. Information on the website

The content on the website is provided for general information about TechZone and our services. It is not a binding offer. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.

3. Quotes and client projects

Any quote or proposal we send is based on the information available at the time and is valid for the period stated in it. Client projects are governed by the written proposal, agreement or statement of work we agree with each client. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the project documents apply to that project.

4. Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, logo and other content belong to TechZone or are used with permission, and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, modify or republish our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Ownership of work we create for clients is set out in the relevant client agreement. Third-party product names and logos shown on the website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the platforms we work with.

5. Internship program

• Submitting an application does not guarantee a place in the program. We decide which applicants to accept.
• Certificates are issued only to interns who complete the program requirements, as communicated during onboarding.
• Certificates remain the property of TechZone. We may revoke a certificate if it was obtained through misconduct, plagiarism or false information, or if it has been altered. Revoked certificates show as “Revoked” on the verification page.
• The Certificate Verification page is the authoritative record of whether a TechZone certificate is valid.

6. Links to other websites

The website may link to third-party websites, such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those websites.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, TechZone is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the website.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad.
