Ecommerce and retail
One ecommerce agency for your store, Amazon listings and ads
TechZone Services is an ecommerce agency that builds Shopify and WooCommerce stores, optimizes Amazon listings and runs Google Ads for retail and direct-to-consumer brands. One team handles the catalog, the checkout and the campaigns, so product data and messaging stay consistent from the first ad click to the order confirmation.

Who this is for
Most store problems are not design problems
Store problems usually show up as a symptom first: plenty of visitors but few orders, a store that crawls on phones, or ad spend nobody can tie to sales. The cause is rarely one thing. A product page may be missing sizes or delivery details, collections may be named in ways nobody searches for, or tracking may count the same order twice. As an ecommerce agency, we look at the whole path from search result to paid order before recommending a fix.
Our ecommerce and Amazon services cover your own store and the marketplace. For Shopify and WooCommerce development, we build on Shopify when you want hosting, security and checkout handled for you, and on WooCommerce when you need deep control over products, checkout logic or content on WordPress. Our Shopify vs WooCommerce comparison sets out the trade-offs in plain terms.
Where you sell changes the priorities. In Pakistan, cash-on-delivery orders that are refused at the door can hurt margins as much as low traffic, so accurate product pages, clear delivery charges and an order confirmation step matter. Brands selling into the UK, US, UAE, Canada or Australia face different expectations around delivery times, returns policies and marketplaces such as Amazon. We plan for the market you actually sell in, not a generic checklist.
How we work with ecommerce brands
- We start with your numbers: margins, average order value, refusal or return rates and the products that actually sell.
- A written proposal lists deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost before any work starts.
- Changes are built on a staging site or an unpublished copy of your theme, so the live store keeps taking orders.
- Test orders, payment methods, shipping rates and notification emails are checked before anything goes live.
- Your Shopify, Seller Central, Merchant Center and ad accounts stay in your name, with access you can remove at any time.
Common challenges
Where online stores lose sales
Four problems that quietly cost retailers orders, whatever platform the store runs on.
Product pages that leave questions
Missing sizes, vague materials, no delivery estimate and a single blurry photo push shoppers to ask on WhatsApp or leave. Every unanswered question on a product page is one more reason to put off the purchase.
Slow stores on mobile data
Heavy themes, apps that were installed and forgotten, and uncompressed images make collection and product pages slow on phones. Shoppers on mobile data have little patience for a page that is still loading.
Refused deliveries and returns
A cash-on-delivery order refused at the door costs you shipping both ways and ties up stock. Unclear sizing, surprise delivery charges and no confirmation step before dispatch all make refusals more likely.
Ad spend you cannot trace to orders
When purchase tracking is missing or counts orders twice, campaigns optimize toward the wrong signal. You end up judging Google and Meta ads by clicks and gut feel instead of revenue and cost per order.
How we help
What we build and run for online retailers
Each service works on its own, but they work best when one team owns the product data that connects them.
Shopify store builds and fixes
We set up and design Shopify stores from scratch, customize themes in Liquid for bundles, size charts or custom product options, and audit existing stores for app bloat, slow pages and checkout friction.
WooCommerce stores with custom logic
For catalogs with configurable products, delivery scheduling or wholesale enquiries, we build WooCommerce stores on WordPress with product add-ons, custom checkout fields and content pages your team edits in one dashboard.
Amazon listings and A+ Content
We support sellers inside Seller Central with listing creation, keyword research for titles, bullets and backend search terms, and A+ Content for brand-registered sellers, keeping product details consistent with your own store.
Shopify SEO for your catalog
We structure collections around how people search, write useful category introductions, clean up titles, duplicate content and image alt text, and add product structured data so search engines understand the whole catalog.
Google Shopping and Search ads
We connect your product feed to Google Merchant Center, build Shopping and Search campaigns around products with healthy margins, and set up purchase tracking first so budgets follow orders rather than clicks.
Our work
Stores we have built for retail brands
For Radiance MD by DSK, a Pakistani makeup brand started by the founder of a skincare clinic, we built a Shopify store on a free theme extended with custom code, with product bundles, category navigation and campaign banners for seasonal sales. The Metallica Home needed more than a standard catalog, so we built a WooCommerce furniture store with configurable products, delivery slot selection, 360° galleries and back-in-stock alerts. For UK crochet brand Handmade Studio, we built the Shopify store from scratch and still manage its products, catalog and social media, usually once a week.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.
Should my store be on Shopify or WooCommerce?
It depends on your catalog, your team and how much control you need. Shopify suits brands that want hosting, security and checkout handled for them and a quick path to launch. WooCommerce suits stores with unusual product logic, a content-heavy WordPress site or a need for full control over code and hosting. We recommend one after discovery, explain the trade-offs in writing, and can migrate an existing store if it is on the wrong platform.
Can you fix my existing store instead of rebuilding it?
Usually, yes. We start with an audit of speed, apps or plugins, product pages, collections, checkout and tracking, then list the fixes in order of impact. Many stores need cleanup and better product content rather than a new theme. Our Shopify store setup checklist shows the settings we check first. If a rebuild really is the better option, the proposal explains why.
Do you handle Amazon as well as our own website?
Yes. We help with Seller Central tasks such as listing creation, flat-file uploads, variation setup and suppressed listings, and we write optimized titles, bullets and A+ Content for brand-registered sellers. We are an independent agency, so we cannot influence Amazon’s approvals or policy decisions, but we can keep your product data, images and pricing logic consistent between Amazon and your own store.
How do you measure whether ecommerce marketing is working?
Before campaigns go live, we set up purchase tracking in GA4 and your ad platforms and check that each order is counted once. Reports then focus on revenue, cost per order and return on ad spend by campaign and product, alongside search visibility for your key categories. We never promise rankings or sales figures, because pricing, stock and competition all affect results, but you always see what we did and what changed.
Can you help reduce refused cash-on-delivery orders?
We can remove the causes that sit on the website side: clearer sizing and product details, delivery charges shown before checkout, address fields that capture usable directions, and an order confirmation step before dispatch. Courier performance and buyer behavior are outside our control, so we compare refusal rates before and after the changes. Our guide to reducing RTO covers the full list of tactics.
