WordPress and Elementor
WordPress sites that load fast and stay easy to edit
TechZone Services provides WordPress development services for businesses that need a fast, secure website their own team can update. We build with Elementor or the block editor, write custom themes and blocks when a page builder is not enough, and set up WooCommerce when you sell online.

WordPress, built properly
A WordPress site should be quick to load and simple to run
WordPress can power almost any business website, but how it is built decides whether it stays fast and manageable. Our WordPress development services cover planning, design, theme and block development, WooCommerce, speed tuning, accessibility checks and training, delivered as part of our web development service. As a WordPress development company working with clients in Pakistan, the UK, the UAE, the USA, Canada and Australia, we build sites your team can run without us.
We choose the editor around the people who will use it. Elementor website design suits teams who want visual control over marketing pages, while the block editor is free, built into WordPress and keeps content in standard post content, which makes future changes easier. Many sites use both, and our Elementor vs Gutenberg guide sets out the trade-offs we discuss with you.
Every build follows the brief, not a template. For UK creative studio Vimso we handled the complete design and development, with services, portfolio and pricing pages that give visitors a clear path to book a free call. For YNC Pipe Insulation in Canada we built specification pages on Advanced Custom Fields and quote forms that accept drawings. For Masjid-e-Bilaal we developed a custom importer that updates the prayer timetable from an Excel file.
Ideal for
- Service businesses replacing a dated website
- Companies moving off Wix or Squarespace
- B2B firms needing quote and specification pages
- Teams that want to edit pages themselves
Challenges we solve
Common reasons a WordPress site holds a business back
When we review an existing WordPress site, the same few issues tend to explain why it feels slow, fragile or hard to change.
Page builder bloat
Layers of nested sections, several sliders and a stack of add-on packs make every page heavy. Mobile visitors wait for scripts they never use, and Core Web Vitals reports in Search Console fill with warnings.
A theme nobody dares change
A multipurpose theme edited directly, with no child theme or documentation, means every update risks wiping out customizations. When the original developer moves on, even small changes start to feel dangerous.
Plugins doing the job of code
Dozens of plugins, each added for one small feature, overlap, conflict and slow the site down. Every extra plugin is another thing to update, another license to renew and another possible security hole.
Edits that break the layout
Staff avoid touching pages because one wrong drag breaks spacing on mobile. Without global styles, locked templates or clear editing roles, content goes stale and simple updates wait for a developer.

Our approach
How we build WordPress sites that last
We plan the structure before the styling. Together we agree a sitemap, the page templates you need and how content such as services, products or team members should be stored. Designs are approved in Figma, then built on a private staging site with global colors, fonts and reusable templates, so your pages stay consistent as the site grows. We keep the plugin list short, vet each plugin before installing it and check speed, accessibility and SEO before launch.
- Sitemap, templates and content model agreed before design starts
- Elementor or block editor chosen for your team, not our habits
- Global styles and reusable templates so edits stay on brand
- Only the plugins the site needs, each vetted before install
- Speed, accessibility and SEO checks on staging before launch
What's included
What's included in our WordPress development services
Every project is scoped in writing, so you can pick the pieces you need and see exactly what will be delivered.
Business websites and redesigns
Service pages, location pages, case studies, a blog and lead forms, planned around what visitors need to do. For redesigns we migrate your content and map 301 redirects from old addresses to protect existing search traffic.
Elementor website design
We use Elementor Pro’s Theme Builder for headers, footers, post and archive templates, set global colors and fonts, and keep layouts shallow so pages stay light and your team can edit them without breaking the design.
Custom themes and blocks
When a page builder is not the right fit, we develop custom themes and blocks for the block editor, with design settings in theme.json and Advanced Custom Fields for structured content such as products or specifications.
WooCommerce stores
We set up catalogs, variable and configurable products, payment gateways that work in your country, shipping and tax. For The Metallica Home we added custom product options, delivery slot selection and back-in-stock alerts.
Speed and Core Web Vitals
We add page caching, serve correctly sized WebP or AVIF images, load the main image first, remove unused scripts and clean the database, then measure real pages in PageSpeed Insights rather than trusting theme labels.
Accessibility and team training
We check builds against WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines for contrast, keyboard access, alt text, form labels and heading order, then train your team in a recorded session with written notes on editing each template.
01
You own the site and the code
Your domain, hosting, WordPress admin and plugin licenses are set up in your name or transferred to you. Custom theme and block code, documentation and full admin access are handed over, so you are never locked in.
02
A written scope before work starts
After discovery you receive a proposal listing the pages, templates, features, milestones, timeline and cost. You know what is being built at each stage, and any change to scope is agreed before it is added.
03
Staging previews at every milestone
You review pages on a private staging site as they are built, test the forms yourself and leave feedback before anything goes live. Nothing replaces your current website until you have approved the finished build.
04
Support from the team that built it
After launch the same developers can keep your site updated, backed up and monitored through our website maintenance plans, and add new pages or features as your business adds services.

FAQ
Questions we often hear
Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.
Should we build with Elementor or the block editor?
Elementor suits teams who want to design marketing pages visually, but its Theme Builder, forms and popups need a paid Pro license, and it stores layouts in its own format, so leaving it later means rebuilding pages. The block editor is free, built into WordPress and keeps content portable. We recommend one after seeing who will edit the site and how often.
Is WordPress the right choice, or should we use Wix, Squarespace or Shopify?
Wix and Squarespace bundle hosting and updates, which suits simple sites, but neither lets you move your site to another host. Shopify is strong for product-led stores. WordPress fits when you need full control, custom features, heavy content or WooCommerce with local payment options. Our platform comparison covers the trade-offs in detail.
How much does a WordPress website cost, and how long does it take?
WordPress websites start from $150 to $300+, and a complete premium website from $250 to $450+. Cost and timeline depend on the number of templates, custom features, integrations, whether you need WooCommerce and who writes the content. A focused brochure site moves much faster than a store with configurable products. After discovery we send a written proposal with deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost. See our pricing.
Can you fix or speed up a WordPress site someone else built?
Yes. We start with an audit of the theme, plugins, hosting and real-user speed data, then tell you honestly whether a cleanup or a rebuild makes more sense. Fixes are made on a staging copy first. Our guide on how to speed up a WordPress site shows the kind of fixes we apply, in priority order.
Will our team be able to update the site after launch?
That is the point of the build. We use global styles and reusable templates so new pages match the design, give each person an editing role that fits their job, and record a training session covering the tasks your team will actually do. YNC Pipe Insulation, for example, took over managing its site after handover.
How does working with a WordPress developer in Pakistan work for overseas clients?
Our office is in Islamabad, open Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 PKT (UTC+5), and we already build for clients in the UK, the UAE, the USA, Canada and Australia. You get one named contact, updates by email, WhatsApp or video call, and staging links you can review in your own time. Scope, milestones and cost are agreed in a written proposal before work starts.
