The website price in Pakistan at TechZone starts at $80–$200 for a single page and $150–$200+ for a business website of about 12 to 15 pages. WordPress sites and Shopify or WooCommerce stores start at $150–$300+, and a premium package with hosting, business email and launch support starts at $250–$450+.

These are our published starting prices in US dollars, the same ones on our pricing page. The final quote depends on how many pages you need, the features, and how much of the content we write for you.

This guide explains what each package includes, why quotes from different providers vary so much, and how to get a written quote you can compare fairly.

Key takeaways

  • A single page website starts at $80–$200 and a 12 to 15 page business website at $150–$200+.

  • The premium package, from $250–$450+, adds custom design, hosting, SSL, business email and launch support.
  • Pages, features, content writing, product count and design depth are what move a quote up or down.
  • Compare quotes by asking every provider the same questions about pages, content, hosting, SEO and support.

We quote in US dollars because we work with clients in Pakistan and abroad, and one price list keeps things simple. Every price is a starting point, and a written proposal with the deliverables, milestones and cost always comes before work starts.

What is included at each price?

Each package includes the setup a business actually needs to go live, not just a theme install.

  • Single page website: responsive design, mobile optimization, an SEO-friendly structure, contact and call-to-action sections, and basic forms.
  • Business website: business and service pages, basic on-page SEO, contact forms and basic speed optimization, on top of the single page features.
  • WordPress website: WordPress setup, theme customization, Elementor page building, SEO setup and forms, so your team can update text and images without a developer.
  • Shopify or e-commerce store: store setup, theme customization, product structure and collections, basic SEO and the essential store configuration.
  • Premium website: custom design, hosting setup, SSL, business email, schema, analytics, Search Console, security and launch support.

If you are not sure which type you need, our guide to small business website essentials lists the pages and features most businesses need on day one.

What makes a website cost more?

Five things change the price of almost every project. Knowing them helps you decide where to spend and where to save.

  1. Number of pages. A 5-page site and a 25-page site are different amounts of design, writing and testing.
  2. Features and integrations. Booking systems, payment gateways, CRM connections, multi-language pages and custom calculators each add build and testing time.
  3. Content. If you supply final text and photos, the project moves faster. If we write the service pages so they can rank in search, that writing is part of the quote.
  4. Products. For online stores, the number of products and variants affects setup time, unless the catalog can be imported from a spreadsheet.
  5. Design depth. Adapting a well-built theme costs less than designing every page from scratch.

The choice between a template and custom design is the biggest single lever. We compare the two in custom website vs template.

Why do website prices in Pakistan vary so much?

Quotes for “a website” can differ several times over because they describe different work. One quote may cover installing a theme and adding your logo. Another may include page-by-page design, written content, search setup, training and support after launch.

Ownership is the other hidden difference. Ask who registers the domain, whose hosting account the site lives on, and whether you get the admin login. A cheap site that you cannot move or edit often costs more over two or three years.

Tip

Ask for the quote as a list of deliverables. If a line says only “website design”, ask how many pages, who writes them and how many rounds of changes are included.

How should you compare website quotes?

Send every provider the same brief and ask the same questions. Then compare the answers line by line, not just the total.

  • How many pages are included, and who writes the content?
  • Are hosting, the domain and business email included, and in whose name are the accounts?
  • Is basic SEO included: page titles, meta descriptions, a sitemap and Google Search Console setup?
  • Will the site be fast on mobile, and how will that be checked?
  • How many rounds of changes are included before launch?
  • What happens after launch: who fixes problems, and what does it cost?

Google’s SEO Starter Guide is a useful reference for what “basic SEO” should mean, and Google’s Core Web Vitals guidance on web.dev explains how site speed is measured. A provider who can explain both in plain language is usually one who builds sites properly.

WordPress or Shopify: which costs less to run?

Both start at $150–$300+ to build with us, but their running costs differ. WordPress is free software, so you pay for hosting, a domain, and any premium plugins or themes. Shopify charges a monthly plan fee and may add transaction or app fees, so check the current amounts on Shopify’s pricing page before you decide.

As a rule, choose WordPress for service businesses that mainly need pages, blog posts and lead forms, and Shopify for businesses whose main job online is selling products. Our Shopify vs WooCommerce comparison covers stores in more detail.

How long does it take to build a website?

The timeline depends more on content than on code. A single page site can go live quickly once the text and images are ready, while a business website or store takes longer because each page has to be written, reviewed and tested.

The steps are the same for every project: brief, written scope and quote, design, build, content, testing and launch. We walk through each stage in our guide to the website development process.

What ongoing costs should you budget for?

The build is a one-time cost, but every website also has running costs. Budget for these from the start so the site does not go offline or out of date a year later.

  • Domain renewal: paid every year to the registrar. Keep the account in the business’s own name.
  • Hosting: a monthly or yearly fee. Cheap shared hosting is often the reason a site feels slow on mobile.
  • Business email: usually priced per mailbox, through your host or a provider such as Google Workspace.
  • Plugins, themes and apps: some WordPress plugins and most Shopify apps charge yearly or monthly fees.
  • Maintenance: updates, backups, security checks and small edits. Someone has to do them, either your team or a provider on a care plan.

Maintenance is the cost owners forget most often. Our WordPress maintenance checklist shows what needs doing each month, and our website maintenance service covers it if you would rather not do it yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What is the cheapest website TechZone builds?

The cheapest website TechZone builds is a single page website, priced from $80 to $200. It suits a new business, a single service or a campaign, and includes responsive design, mobile optimization, an SEO-friendly structure, a contact section and basic forms. The final price depends on the number of sections and forms you need.

How much does a Shopify store cost in Pakistan with TechZone?

A Shopify or e-commerce store from TechZone starts at $150 to $300 or more. The price includes store setup, theme customization, product structure, collections, basic SEO and essential configuration. The final price depends mainly on the number of products and variants, the theme work and the apps or integrations the store needs.

Is hosting included in the website price?

Hosting is included in the TechZone Premium Website package, which starts at $250 to $450 or more and also covers SSL, business email, analytics and launch support. For the other packages, hosting and the domain are paid separately to the provider you choose, and their setup can be added to the quote.

Do website prices include SEO?

Every TechZone website includes an SEO-friendly structure, and the business, WordPress and store packages include basic on-page SEO setup. Ongoing SEO work, such as keyword research, content and local SEO, is a separate service with its own starting prices on the TechZone pricing page.

Who should own the website domain and hosting?

The business should own its domain and hosting accounts, registered in the business’s name with the owner holding the logins. Agree this in writing before any work starts. Ownership decides whether you can move the website to another provider, edit it yourself or renew the domain without depending on the person who built the site.
