Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TechZone Services (“TechZone”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit techzone.services, contact us, book a call, apply for our internship program or verify a certificate.
1. Who we are
TechZone Services is a digital agency at Street 5, E-11/1, Islamabad, 44000, Pakistan. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, contact us at info@techzone.services or +92 371 7767407.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and quote requests: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company or website, the service you are interested in and the project details you share.
- Call bookings: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give one, company or website, how you would like to talk, the time you choose, your time zone and what you would like to discuss.
- Internship applications: your name, email address, phone number, city and country, education, institution, area of interest, skills, experience, portfolio or profile links, your reasons for applying and your CV.
- Internship certificates: for interns who complete the program, we keep a certificate record with the intern’s name, program, duration, dates, certificate status and, privately, their email address.
- Messages: anything you send us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
- Server and security logs: our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request, which is used to keep the website secure and working.
- Spam and abuse prevention: to limit repeated form submissions, call bookings and certificate lookups, we store a temporary, one-way (hashed) value derived from your IP address. We cannot turn it back into your IP address, and it expires automatically within an hour at most.
- Website analytics (only if you agree): if you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the website, such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, how you found us (for example from a search engine), your type of device and browser, and your approximate location (country and city). Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. We look at these statistics in aggregate and do not use them to identify you.
- Cookies: see section 7.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals and quotes, and deliver the services you ask for.
- To arrange and hold consultation calls you book, and to send you confirmations and reminders.
- To review internship applications, communicate with applicants and run the internship program.
- To issue internship certificates and let others confirm that a certificate is genuine.
- To protect the website, prevent spam and misuse, and fix technical problems.
- To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the website so we can improve it (only if you accept analytics cookies).
- To meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. We use Google Analytics for statistics only, not for advertising.
4. Certificate verification
Anyone who enters a valid Certificate ID on our Certificate Verification page can see the certificate’s status and the intern’s name, program, duration and dates. We never show email addresses or other personal details on that page. If you hold a TechZone certificate and any detail is wrong, email us and we will correct it.
5. Your choices and consent
You choose what information to send us. By submitting a form, you agree that we may use the details you provide for the purpose described on that form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us; this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
Cookies and analytics: when you first visit, a cookie banner asks whether you agree to optional cookies. Analytics cookies are only used if you accept them. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of every page.
6. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as much as they need:
- Website hosting: our website and form submissions are stored with our hosting provider.
- Email: form notifications are delivered to our business email inboxes, which are provided by third-party email services.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy.
- Google Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google, which may collect information such as your IP address when the map loads, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: if you accept analytics cookies, information about your visit is sent to Google Analytics, a service of Google, which processes it to produce statistics for us. Before you choose, and if you decline, Google Analytics is set not to use cookies, and Google receives only limited technical information without identifiers (for example that a page was viewed). Google may process this information in the United States and other countries. See Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Cookie consent: our cookie banner (Cookiez) is provided by Elementor. When you make a choice, a record of it is sent to Elementor as proof of your consent: a random consent ID, the choices you made, the address of the page, the date and time, and your browser’s user agent. As with any web request, your IP address is visible to Elementor’s servers when this happens.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds.
Necessary cookies (always on)
- cookiez-user-consent: remembers your cookie choices so we don’t ask again on every page. It lasts 180 days.
- _lscache_vary: used by our caching system (LiteSpeed Cache) to serve the right version of a page. It lasts about two days and contains no personal information.
- Login and preview cookies: WordPress cookies that keep our staff logged in, and a cookie that remembers a reviewer’s private preview access. These are only set for staff and invited reviewers.
Analytics cookies (only with your consent)
- _ga and _ga_HETWWHHNXK: set by Google Analytics to tell visits and visitors apart, so we can count visits and see which pages are useful. They last up to two years, although some browsers delete them sooner.
We do not use advertising cookies. You can change your cookie choices at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of every page, and you can delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. How long we keep information
- Enquiries and quote requests: for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our working relationship plus any period required for legal or accounting reasons.
- Call bookings: for up to 12 months after the date of the call, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Website analytics: according to the data retention setting in our Google Analytics account, after which Google deletes the detailed data automatically.
- Cookie consent records: kept by Elementor for a limited period as proof of your choice.
- Internship applications and CVs: for up to 12 months after we make a decision, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Certificate records: for as long as the certificate needs to remain verifiable, so employers can continue to check it. You can ask us to remove a record, but it will then no longer be possible to verify that certificate.
9. How we protect information
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Access to form submissions is limited to authorized TechZone staff. CVs uploaded through the internship application form are stored in a private folder that cannot be opened from the public web and are available only to logged-in staff.
10. Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it for a particular purpose. Email info@techzone.services and we will respond as soon as we can. We may need to confirm your identity first.
11. International processing
Some of our service providers, including Google (Google Analytics) and Elementor (cookie consent), may store or process information outside Pakistan, for example in the United States. When that happens, we rely on providers that apply appropriate security measures.
12. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
