For businesses in the UK, the USA, the UAE, Canada and Australia

An offshore digital agency in Pakistan where you keep control

TechZone Services is an offshore digital agency in Pakistan that builds websites, Shopify stores and apps, and runs SEO and Google Ads, for businesses in the UK, the USA, the UAE, Canada and Australia. Every project starts with a written proposal, your accounts stay in your name, and you deal with one named point of contact throughout the project.

Working with TechZone from abroad

Offshore help without losing sight of the work

Working with an overseas supplier tends to go wrong for predictable reasons: a vague scope, shared passwords, a developer who leaves with the code, and updates that only arrive when you chase them. TechZone is set up to avoid each of those. We work from an office at Street 5, E-11/1, Islamabad, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 PKT, and our clients abroad include businesses in the UK, Dubai, Pennsylvania, Canada and Melbourne, each with a case study in our portfolio.

If you want to hire web developers in Pakistan, or outsource digital marketing to Pakistan, you can go direct to freelancers and manage them yourself, or work with an agency that commits to a written scope and puts design, development, SEO and advertising under one point of contact. This page explains how we work with clients abroad. For a full buyer’s checklist on vetting any Pakistani vendor, contracts, payments and IP, read our guide to outsourcing web development to Pakistan.

What you get from us is straightforward: a free 30-minute consultation, a written proposal listing deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost, regular updates while the work is built, staging previews you can click through, testing before launch, and a handover of code, documentation and admin access when the project closes.

How it works

How we work with clients abroad

The practical questions overseas clients ask before hiring an agency in another country, answered before you approve a proposal.

Time zones and meeting windows

Our office day runs 9:00 to 18:00 PKT (UTC+5 all year). UK and UAE clients share several working hours with us, Australian clients an afternoon window, and clients on US or Canadian Eastern time an early-morning one. We can agree a regular call slot at kickoff.

One named contact and regular updates

You get one named point of contact who knows your project and answers your questions by email, WhatsApp or video call. Updates arrive on a regular schedule, and you review work on staging links instead of waiting for a big reveal at the end.

A written proposal before any work

After a discovery call we send a written proposal that lists deliverables, milestones, timeline and cost, and work starts once you approve it. If your company uses its own supplier agreement or NDA, raise it on the first call so it is settled early.

You own the accounts, code and content

Search Console, GA4, Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, Seller Central and app store accounts stay under your ownership, with access for us that you can remove. Content we write is yours, and code, documentation and admin access are handed over.

Invoicing and payment terms

Payment terms, including the schedule and what each payment covers, are agreed in the written proposal before anything starts, so you know what you will pay and when. Ad spend, hosting and platform subscriptions are paid by you directly to each provider.

Quality checks and testing

You see work in progress on a staging site, not just screenshots. Before launch we test pages on real phones and browsers, check forms, checkout and analytics, and review speed and on-page SEO, then go live once you have approved the result.

Time zones

Time differences and overlap with our working day

Pakistan Standard Time is UTC+5 all year because Pakistan does not use daylight saving time, so the gap to your office shifts whenever your own clocks change. The overlap column assumes a 9:00 to 17:00 working day in your city.

MarketTime difference from PKTOverlap with our 9:00-18:00 PKT hours
United Kingdom4 hours behind PKT in summer (BST, from the last Sunday in March); 5 hours behind in winter (GMT, from the last Sunday in October)5 hours in summer (9:00 to 14:00 UK time); 4 hours in winter (9:00 to 13:00 UK time)
UAE1 hour behind PKT all year (UTC+4, no daylight saving)8 hours (9:00 to 17:00 UAE time); our whole day runs from 8:00 to 17:00 UAE time
USA (Eastern)9 hours behind PKT in summer (EDT, from the second Sunday in March); 10 hours behind in winter (EST, from the first Sunday in November)None within a 9:00 to 17:00 day: our day runs from midnight to 9:00 EDT (23:00 to 8:00 EST), so calls use your early morning and most updates are written

Where our clients are

Where our international clients are

United Kingdom

We built Handmade Studio’s Shopify store from scratch and still manage its products, catalog and social media, usually once a week. For Vimso, a creative agency, we designed and developed the WordPress site and set up its Google Business Profile. For Masjid-e-Bilaal we built a WordPress site with GiveWP donations, a zakat calculator and a prayer timetable updated from an Excel file.

UAE

In Dubai we designed the WordPress website for Rohians Cargo and Transport, delivered in about a week, and continue to handle its local SEO and updates each week. For Bahawalpur Water Transport, a water tanker service, we built a fast lead-generation website that served as the landing page for its Google Ads campaigns.

USA

For The Other 23, a wellness center and med spa with several locations around Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, we redesigned the WordPress website over a six-month engagement, organized services by location, and worked on local SEO and the business’s Google Business Profiles.

Canada

For YNC Pipe Insulation, a mechanical insulation company, we built an industrial WordPress website with request-for-quote forms that accept drawings and specifications, product pages managed with Advanced Custom Fields, and WhatsApp and phone contact, then handed the finished site over to the client’s own team.

Australia

For Wenderland Tattoo, the Melbourne studio of fine line artist Maya Lai, we designed a WordPress website that lets her work lead, with pages for her signature style, a post-tattoo care guide for clients and an online shop alongside the enquiry pages.

Services

What clients abroad hire us for

Most international projects fall into one of these six services. Each has its own page with scope, process and FAQs.

Website development

WordPress, Elementor and custom-coded websites, built on staging, tested on real devices and handed over with admin access, for companies launching a new site or replacing a slow one.

Shopify stores

Store setup, theme customization, custom code and ongoing catalog management, the kind of regular work we do for Handmade Studio in the UK.

SEO and local SEO

Technical, on-page and local SEO plus Google Business Profile work, with documented tasks and reporting tied to traffic, calls and leads, never guaranteed rankings.

Google Ads and social media

Search, Shopping and social campaigns run inside ad accounts registered to your business, with conversion tracking set up first and reporting on cost per lead or sale.

Mobile apps

Flutter apps for iOS and Android from one codebase, with store accounts registered in your company name and the source code and signing keys handed over at the end.

Custom software and AI

Python web applications, portals and dashboards built with Django or FastAPI, plus practical AI such as chatbots and document processing, with code kept in a Git repository under your account.

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Can’t find what you’re looking for? Send us a message and we’ll answer it directly.

We can agree a regular call slot at kickoff, inside our 9:00 to 18:00 PKT day. For UK and UAE clients that is easy, because several working hours overlap. For Australian clients in Melbourne or Sydney the overlap falls in your afternoon, and for clients on US or Canadian Eastern time it falls early in the morning, from 7:00 to 9:00 in summer and 6:00 to 8:00 in winter. Between calls, written updates keep the work moving, and your first call can be booked on our booking page.

Very little needs to change, because the accounts are already yours. Search Console, Google Analytics, Business Profile, ad accounts, Shopify and app store accounts stay under your ownership, so you simply remove our access. You keep all the content we wrote for you, and we hand over the code, documentation and admin access, so another developer or agency can pick up where we left off.

Our published starting prices are in US dollars. Payment terms, including the schedule and what each payment covers, are agreed in the written proposal before work starts, so you know what you will pay and when. Third-party costs such as ad spend, hosting, Shopify plans and app subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, on accounts in your name, and are kept separate from our fees.

A freelancer suits a small, well-defined task you are happy to manage yourself. An agency suits projects where design, development, SEO and advertising need to work together under one contact and one written proposal. Our comparison of a marketing agency vs a freelancer sets out the trade-offs, and the same vetting questions apply whichever you choose.

Yes. We can prepare Figma designs with handoff notes for your developers to build, take on development while your team runs marketing, or send SEO fixes as written tickets if your developer prefers to make changes. For existing software, we start with a review of the code and hosting before recommending whether to extend it or plan a rebuild.

Yes. We optimized Google Business Profiles for The Other 23 in Pennsylvania, set up Vimso’s profile in the UK and work on local SEO in Dubai for Rohians Cargo. The profile stays owned by you, with TechZone given access you can remove. Any verification Google asks for at your premises is completed by you, and we guide you through the steps. See our local SEO service for the full scope.
