Any applicable fees are clearly shown during the application process before payment.
If a refund is offered for a program, eligible refund requests must be made within the period stated at the time of enrollment.
Fees may be non-refundable once significant program access, tasks or mentor resources have been provided.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
